Personal Training with me

Being an ex-commando and endurance athlete, I have gone through some of the most gruesome training on this planet. But rest assured, you need not go through any of those in order to achieve a healthier and fitter body. Due to my fun loving and easy going personality, my sessions are usually filled with self discovery moments and laughters. To achieve your fitness goals, I will sit down with you, discuss and come up with a training programme that is best suited for you keeping in mind of your existing health condition and physical capabilities. There will be absolutely no sales pitch at all because I am genuinely interested to help you, like a friend, to achieve your fitness goals.

Highlights of my fitness qualifications, achievements and promotions

- Fitness Instructor Course + valid CPR/AED
(Singapore Sports Council

- National Coaching AccreditationProgamme (NCAP) Level 1

- Successful transformation of a sedentary to active individual who then completed her first 5km and 10km race

- 2 Marathons and multiple Triathlons races,

- Clocked 9 minutes 17 secs for 2.4km in 2008 at the age of 30,

- 2 times Champion of LIAN HE ZAO BAO LOHAS 08 & 09 in the "Most Significant Improvement"Challenge

- Being the finalist for Watsons You Award 09 for "Sporty Physique"

- Being the R U MEN'S HEALTH ENOUGH 08 finalist

 

- Featured in Straits Times's MIND YOUR BODY as endurance athlete

- Last but not least, setting up Fitnesslifestyle in 2007 on a voluntarily basis promoting healthy lifestyle

Ad Hoc   Every session $80
     
Package 10 + 2 sessions $800 (Free 2 additional sessions)
20 + 4 sessions $1200 (Free 4 additional sessions)
30 + 6 sessions $1500 (Free 6 additional sessions)

* 1hr/ session excluding warm up
* Rates are exclusive of entry fees to alll commercial gyms
*All sessions are capped at 2 persons for maximal training benefit
