I have been in the corporate world for 7 years. I understand how stressful and demanding your job requires of you. You complain to have no time to engage in a regular exercise regime yet you can always squeeze some time in front of your TV munching those crispy evil chips or down some beer with your buddies on that Friday night. Feeling guilty?
Or you are busy climbing that corporate ladder, spending 10 hours every day in office attending meetings and meeting deadlines. You earn $10k per month. You are successful in the eyes of many. However, you feel stressed / tired / constipated most of the time, having poor quality sleep, complaining that you have gained 5kg in weight since your first day of work
IF THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR, my guess is probably you are not in a regular exercise regime. I will not tell you how being obese or leading an inactive and unhealthy lifestyle can negatively affect your life.( I will leave that to the doctors).
All I need of you at this moment now is to think of your family and loved ones and how your lifestyle and choices in life will affect them. What happens to your parents if you are down? And we all know children love to imitate and are usually watching our every move. They learn as much from our actions as they do from our words. So, if your lifestyle is geared towards health, nutrition and fitness, they will pick up the same attitudes and most likely want to follow in your foot steps. Isn't that what you want them to be like as they grow up ? If you are keen to re-live and lead a better quality of life, either for yourself or anyone else but have no idea on how to attain that. Fret Not!

Please spend some time to go through the instructors' profile and drop them a message (email/hp) if you need more details. Remember a client who is satisfied with his results does not mean that you will reap the same benefits as he does from the same trainer. I heard of cases where trainer and client personalites clash.
My advice: Meet up with the trainer (first consultation is free for most trainers) and learnt more about him/her training style and whether you guys can work as a team to achieve the desired fitness results. I have also set up a FAQ page for the newbies and the ladies. Inside this section, you will find answers to the common fitness myths and tips for your well being.
